3-Day Residential Training Programme on Data Privacy and AI Security Essentials

In the context of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the rapid adoption of Generative AI, India’s regulatory and technological landscape is undergoing a significant transformation. For officers and professionals across Government, Public Sector Undertakings, BFSI, and regulated industries, compliance has evolved into a strategic and operational necessity.

This three-day intensive programme is designed to bridge the gap between regulatory mandates and real-world implementation. The programme integrates policy-level understanding with hands-on simulations and guided exercises, enabling participants to operationalize privacy-by-design, responsible AI governance, and effective incident response mechanisms within their organizations.

OBJECTIVES

  • Understand obligations of Data Fiduciaries and rights of Data Principals under DPDP Act, 2023.
  • Align organizational data protection practices with RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and MeitY AI guidelines.
  • Identify and mitigate AI-related risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, and deepfakes.
  • Build readiness for personal data breach response and CERT-In reporting requirements.
  • Apply privacy-by-design and responsible AI principles across system lifecycles.

These objectives ensure a results-oriented programme that strengthens compliance, governance, and secure AI adoption through immersive learning at the Cyber Theme Park (CTmP).

Cyber Theme Park (CTmP)

Cyber Theme Park is an experience centre that converts theory into practice through real-life simulations. Participants engage with four distinct mindsets — Attacker, Protector, Defender, and Overseer — enabling a deep understanding of privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance challenges in a controlled, immersive environment.
